- Tell us the window count, approximate sizes, number of stories, and whether you need inside, outside, or both.
- Tell us whether photos are available that show the glass condition and access from the ground and inside the building. Wait for private transfer instructions before sending them.
- Identify screens, tracks, storm windows, coatings, hard-water marks, fragile glass, and any furniture or obstacles near the windows.
Before we book
- Window height, safe access, equipment needs, weather, and glass condition are reviewed before acceptance. High or difficult-access work is not assumed to be available.
- Screens, tracks, paint removal, construction residue, and hard-water treatment are separate scope items that must be discussed before work.
- Cleaning does not repair scratches, failed seals, damaged glass, or frames. Work, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed before the visit.
