Information We Collect

Depending on the request, we may collect:

• Name, company or organization, phone number, email address, and contact preference.
• City, service area, property location, vehicle details, unit information, and scheduling needs.
• Descriptions of concerns, estimates, repair history, project details, photos, and supporting records.
• Technical information automatically received by hosting or security providers, such as IP address, browser, device, request time, and basic server logs.

How We Use Information

We use submitted information to:

• Respond to the request and contact you using the method you selected.
• Determine service fit, scope, access needs, timing, pricing, and the next practical step.
• Prepare, perform, document, and follow up on an authorized service or business engagement.
• Protect customers, the company, vehicles, properties, systems, and records from fraud, misuse, safety risks, or disputes.
• Meet accounting, insurance, legal, warranty, manufacturer, or recordkeeping requirements that apply to the work.

When Information May Be Shared

Information may be shared with hosting, email, intake-delivery, storage, accounting, professional-advisor, subcontractor, or service providers only when reasonably needed for the request or engagement. We may also disclose information when required by law, to address fraud or safety concerns, or to protect legal rights.

We do not use service-request submissions to sell personal information or for targeted advertising.

Optional Website Measurement

Optional public-site analytics does not load until a visitor affirmatively allows it. When allowed, the site may send Google Analytics the canonical site origin plus an approved public pathname. When the separate campaign-attribution feature is enabled, the site may also send an exact, code-owned, pre-registered source, medium, campaign, and placement code as campaign labels and keep that same limited record in the current browser tab. If the visitor submits an approved direct service request, the record may also be attached to the private request so the business can understand which outreach produced it. It is not included in a prepared-email fallback.

With a renewed choice covering the expanded measurement purpose and its separate setting enabled, the website may also send Google Analytics a confirmed inquiry count, a fixed division label, and the registered campaign labels when available. The event follows a confirmed direct-request receipt, not merely a button click. It does not represent accepted work, a sale, or revenue. Earlier page-view permission is not carried forward automatically; existing refusals and staff exclusions remain respected.

Names, phone numbers, email addresses, VINs, property addresses, request descriptions, access notes, photographs, reference numbers, raw browser URLs, URL query strings or fragments, uncontrolled referrers, search terms, arbitrary campaign values, and advertising click identifiers are not sent to Google Analytics. Retention & Security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the request, customer relationship, warranty or service history, accounting, safety, dispute, legal, or operational requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website, email account, text message, or storage system can guarantee perfect security.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, medical information, or unrelated confidential records through a public form or ordinary email. Wait for transfer instructions before sending customer files, estimates, photographs, or other sensitive documents.

Your Choices & Requests

You may ask what personal information we maintain about you, request a correction or deletion, request a copy, or withdraw permission for future contact. We may need to verify identity and may retain information required for legal, safety, accounting, warranty, dispute, or completed-service records.
